Shipping Method

Our preferred method of shipping is US Postal Service Parcel Post. Expedited Service is available to Wholesale customers by calling for a quote. Business hours are 8AM to 5PM Est, (850) 332-6796.

Delivery Time

West Coast area, delivery is 3-5 business days.

East Coast area, delivery is 2-3 business days.

Order Processing Time

Orders are filled within 48 business hours whenever possible. If orders cannot be filled within the appropriate timeframe, you will be notified via e-mail.

Shipping

Shipping fees for all orders are calculated based on the total packed weight of your purchase using current US Post Office rates based on your location.

Currently due to customs and shipping rates, JAMin Treatz LLC can only ship within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

PayPal Orders

Our shopping cart is through PayPal. PayPal is highly regarded for its security and strict Privacy Policy.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100% for quality and safety. However, due to recent changes and requirements from the FDA and the Department of Homeland Security concerning food safety, JAMin Treatz LLC can no longer accept any returned food products unless there is an order fulfillment or shipping error on the part of JAMin Treatz. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded and no credit issued. Please order carefully.
